Crimson's dress and a Valentine's surprise

Good evening!

I thought I would give you a peek at Crimson's dress. Forgive me for the sideways glance...my computer just doesn't want to work with me. I am sooooo ready for a new one.

Here is a close up of the top. I had to hem the bottom and in doing so I had to trim off around 3 inches of length. I took the extra material and made the piece underneath the front of the dress. It was way to low cut for her and putting another shirt under it didn't look right.

You will get to see pics of her wearing it soon enough. Tomorrow's the big audition! I will take plenty of pics and post them. That will most likely be Sunday. I'll try to get the video up that day as well.

Now to more interesting news...this is what I came home to this evening...

My hubby...who never buys me flowers...had these beautiful roses waiting on me to get home. Not only that, but he put my wonderful blue and white vases to work! Yes...that is a rose in the little saucer. The stem was broke, but he didn't want to throw out a perfectly good bloom. I have to say...these pics don't do justice for the flowers...they are white with a tint of pink. Sooooo pretty!!!


This makes my post for tomorrow that much sweeter. Have a wonderful Valentine's Day!!! I know I will.
